    If you haven't got the car how are you going to fix it? That is what you should be asking your customer.

    However
    A couple of things spring to mind, firstly, has it had a suspension leg replacement (hence missing ABS) in which case the wheel bearing may not be fitted correctly, giving the sensor nothing to read. If it's got traction control turn it off (= warning light on) this will reduce torque to control wheelspin.

    Secondly, these have an inlet manifold butterfly arrangement, look at the rear of the throttle body and you'll see a little ball joint with rod attached (or probably not in this case). It's vacuum driven by the solenoid under the inlet manifold.
