That problem seems Common on Daewoos, Usually extending the IAC valve plunger by turning the ignition on with the valve in your hand, then holding it to stop it returning quite as far Usually cures them, The only other thing that I can think of could be Wrong Non resistor plugs fitted, or NGK's Or some form of Electronic interference. ??? I think we had one with a faulty distributor causing a similar problem. They also seem to Stick on high revs if you Lock the Brakes up and make the ABS system work. ? ( No idea why )
