Hi had one of these recently that fits your symptoms exactly. I have a jap scanner that read tps fault and under live data did not see movement of throttle. Turned out to be a wire broken right inside connector that goes on tps. It was very hard to see as it was right inside connector. They flex here as engine moves. I do remember not getting to the bottom of a couple of these before that I code read for another garage, they had replaced tps and idle valve. Now wonder if this was the problem for theirs.
