Hi John. I have fitted one of those Ecu's to a C3. ( I think it was for the same fault. ? ) I tried to Reconfigure a used ECU + BSI and Dash using Dec but Couldn't.

I then Made a Total mess of the job by Trying to Fit a New Ecu and entered the immo code incorrectly On the first attempt, ( Totally my Fault and nothing to do with the Tool ) So When I then tried entering the correct immo code it locked me out. ( ECU Scrap untill someone can unlock it.)

I then Bought a Citroen Proxia and Managed to Reconfigure the Used Items that I had tried to fit in the First place.

That job ended up costing me £100.00 for Used parts, £500 + for the new ecu and another £4300 + vat for the Proxia and a Planet and some other stuff. ( Diag and a Renault HGV tool ).

It was an Expensive Learning curve, But I am now happy that I can complete most jobs Peugot/Citroen jobs Successfully First Time.
