When you did this did you isolate the original wires or just connect onto them, if you have not you need to take the original wires out of the loop. Check the ECU plug very closely may be someone before as spread the small connectors Also if you open circuit the oxygen sensor what is the live data volts then and have checked for any volts on the signal wire when open circuit. Also I know is sounds silly but for what it takes change the oil & filter, and see if any improvement. The signal wire and ground wire that go back to the ECU on pins 30 and 21 are screened within the harness.
