    Hello all,
I think that this one is fixed now.The fault for the egr is anyway.I ordered another new egr valve this week & a warranty claims form, because I was sure that somebody posted once that the egr feedback voltage shouldn't be higher than 1.3 volts. After checking through live data again, I decided to remove the new egr valve that I fitted in October, which showed 1.7 volts feedback when fitted. When I got it off I found the valve slightly open, so I plugged in the new new one & found that the feedback reading was 0.85 volt.I reset the adaptions etc & drove the vehicle again then took some more waveforms. The amm vs the lambda is now better, but not what I would consider perfect, because the lambda seems to react slightly too late, but at least it is now staying high with the mass reading at higher voltage. The mass meter waveform is still very noisy(or showing turbulence as somebody put it) & I wonder whether this is because it is a 3 cylinder engine or whether there is another fault, but after checking the x12xe which had no reported faults, both the mass meters looked the same.
The mass flow rate(according to Autodiagnos) is now 134 kg/hr, 1.34 volts at idle, egr 0.85 volts, desired idle 6 kg/hr, actual idle air 9 kg/hr, injector duration 4.4ms.
Any views on the reason for the noisey mass meter signal?
