I had one of these in the other day with the 17608 code (Beetle).. here is a slightly better pic

1 - Boost pressure control valve solenoid.(N249)
2 - Boost pressure control valve (dump valve, divertor valve.)
3 - Secondary air control solenoid
4 - Vacuum reservoir
