I had one that melted coils and was doing same as yours ended up fitting second hand ecu and it was same ran for 3 seconds (no fault codes)the 5v to map sensor was only 1.7v and original ecu was 1v,as a temp fix i used tps 5v for both sensors and it ran perfect,Worth a check.
