Hi Trevor, I hope to get back on to this job next week and cam timing is one of the things I will be checking. As you can see from my post earlier I have fitted an updated ECU from ATP which has improved the emissions slightly but no where near an MOT pass, ie now 2.2% CO from 3.5% on the old ECU.
