Vauxhall Astra Diesel Y17DTL 2000 - Non starter, fault code P0251 Archived Message

Hi,called out to look at diesel astra nonstart today.
fault code PO251 Spill valve relay.autodata does not show this on their wiring diagram.
monitor values cranking on screen look ok apart from spill valve relay inactive.cannot find donor identical vehicle at the moment to compare all measurements.
