Got car back in this morning to check Air mass, at idle output voltage should be 1.4v, i only have 900 MV. Also i just realised that someone has pulled the engine MIL bulb. Thats probably why i overlooked the mass sensor fault at first glance thinking it was perhaps a ghost code.
I took the Mass sensor out for a quick inspection and it has a date stamp of 2003, so it looks like there has been trouble here before. The Mass sensor apart from the plug fitting is pretty much identical to the Merc and GM ones but what i did notice is that the diode is missing, i don't know if it should be there or shouldn't any ideas?
Will order new air mass on monday and report back.
