    Hi again Stephen,
    Glad you got it sorted me old mate, fact of the matter is that your local Bosch agent should have been geared up enough to tell you that you cannot replace the upper part of these pumps without them being calibrated to the pump on the correct Bosch test bench! If I was you my old mate, I would change your Bosch specialist!!! What you did by moving the potentiometer a little bit at a time, was very good and saved you the hassle of taking it to Bosch. We always contract ours out to our Bosch specialist in Bristol, and they always return in 'as new' condition!
