    Ford Focus 2002 1-6 Zetec - Stalling when coming up to junctions, lost idle control Archived Message

    my own car, suffering a few stalls coming to junctions
    seems to have lost idle hold/raise as coming to stop -was fine as cos as soon aS YOU MOVED IN traffic etc idle would raise 3-400 rpm
    no codes stored
    tps voltage set to -0.95v i did adjust throttle stop slightly when new as butterfly would stick closed overnite but that was 2 yrs ago -18k
    cleaned iac vavle-was spotless

    have disconnected battery to reset ratch voltage
    no2 ht lead moved frfom cyl sender wire and champion plat plugs
    no history of dash rebooting
    speed sensor showing as working in components(s-p ford pod 3)
    also done earths as per archives
    suspect ecu i spose or a reflash but no faitth in dealer here
