Does the customer report and unusual activity on the coolant temp gauge and the radiator level warning light?
Had one earlier in the year with erratic running, temp gauge fluctuating and that warning light which turned out to be a failing ECU. As long as it is under 6 years old regardless of mileage GM replace under warranty certain ECU numbers (See archives)
