Hi all In battle with mot failure,high co at natural idle. measurements;- LAMBDA VOLTAGE CONTINUALLY 0.9VOLTS TPS 0.94 MAF 0.84 CTS 0.60 (HOT) EARTHS OK INJECTOR DURATION 4.2 MS FUEL PRESSURE 2.0 BAR REG ISCV BEING DRIVEN 48.5 (AS PER SCOPE) IF YOU MOMENTARILLY OPEN AND CLOSE THROTTLE THE O2 WILL SWITCH TRIED ANOTHER 02 AND ADDED EARTH BUT NO CHANGE. DWELL 4MS BURN 1.5MS ALL EXTRA ENTRANCES BLOCKED TICKOVER SEEMS FAST(DONT KNOW EXACT SPEED AS INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REMOVED TO GAIN ACCESS TO ECM. COULD A FAULT IN THE SECONDARY AIR INJECTION IN ANY WAY CAUSE THIS?I KNOW IT SHOULD FORCE AIR IN TO EXHAUST AFTER THE COMBUSTION WHICH WOULD GIVE OPPOSITE SYMPTOMS BUT VEHICLE KEEPS FLAGGING CODES FOR SECONDARY AIR INJECTION ANY IDEAS PLEASE? Will Be adjusting pot voltage down on next visit. PS.Block learn already cleared. Regards John Sartain
