Fiat Baro 100 16v - Failed natural idle test, CO is to high Archived Message

Not sure about this 1, and a need a few pointers.
It has passed fast idle test no problems at all, but failed natural idle co is 0.76%
What do I look at first, I have never seen this before on any car, fuel pressure too high?
