Hi Andy. Had the same problem 6 months back. Test station had already replace Lambda with universal 4 wire but still failed. I then carried out engine service ie Plugs/Ht leads to correct slight misfire. Also changed oil & filter after Forte flush out and Fiat Lambda. The readings were still 0.6/0.7% @ idle.( this I believe is a normal reading pre Kat) Purchasing a laser heat scanner I observed no heat differential immediately before and after Kat. Should be an increase of temp after. A new Kat resolved the problem.
