Hi Nick. As garry say's check for split pipes, anywhere on the vac circuit, the easiest way to check it is to use a vac gauge, if you put the vac guage on the wastegate input pipe, you should get around 20"-25" after it has been running for a while, if it is low, work your way back to the pump and see where you are losing it, we have repaired lots of split pipes, changed faulty solenoid valves, air flow meters etc. also put your mity vac on the throttle butterfly solenoid and make sure that it moves.
