Honda Civic 2002 (52) - Sensor heater circuits on pre and post cats #
Posted by Peter Rainsley on January 8, 2009, 3:34 pm Can anyone help with resistance values, wattage or current draw for the heater circuits on the pre and post cat. sensors on the above. I have fitted a pair of ADL sensors to the above car and two days later the MIL has come back on. I have not got back to the car yet, too much snow, but I have a doubt in my mind that that they have been swapped in the boxes. Front was 15.5 ohms and rear 6.7 ohms, which did not seem right at the time, as I would expect the front heater to have a higher current draw to warm up quicker. Originally the front was open circuit and a garage had swapped the rear for one of 4.0 ohms, MIL came on immediately. TIA Peter
