Toyota RAV4 2.0 1996 - Injectors fire twice then stop (pico images) #

Year of Manufacture *: 1996
Engine Size and Code *: 2.0litre
( Optional ) Scanner Used: launch

The car has come from another workshop with s/h dissy ign amp and ecu with imobilizer removed.the injectors fire twice [green trace,red trace ign amp,blue ht pick up] then stop the spark continues [tiny pic 56]the cam and crank signals are present but seem to have interference.am i missing the point here could the car still be imobilized that is what i thought to start with.has anybody had this before.does the imobilizer just stop the starter motor

If the IGF signal from amplifier is missing ECU will only fire injectors once or twice then stop,as in this case.Suggest check for IGF signal and wiring between amplifier and ECU.

i have been out and checked for igf signal and it is missing.i tried the other amp that was the same but it was of a scrap unknown viechle.the igt signal is present followed a/d wiring all correct.possably 2 faulty amps.i presume the amp genarates the speed signal.i will try a new one.thanks for your help.
