Chevrolet Tacuma 2.0 2007 - Intermittent non start #
Posted by Lee Morton on November 11, 2011, 10:46 am hi got a chevrolet tacuma 2.0 with an occasional non start not got software for chevrolet but a friends launch doesnt show any codes niether does a texa normally starts fine for a few days then out the blue wont start may last a few hours or a day or two seems like an immobilizer problem but imobilizer light goes out when trying to start as if signal recieved, but no switching of injectors or fuel pump supply after intial ignition prime, spark is strong and constistant crank and cam signals appear fine only hint so far is the vehicle started last time after i pressed against terminals on ecu (could of been coincidence tho) does anyone know if these suffer from the same ecu problems as the old vauxhalls with the soldered connections as this is similiar engine /management. unfortunatly engine starting at minute any input appreciated
