Vehicle keeps bringing on MIL and logging P0410 code every couple of hundred miles.

I have checked pump. It works and runs on cold start up. No water or foreign material in body. Scoped motor current, runs at about 19.5Amps for about 48 seconds and no drop outs.

I have scoped O2 sensor 1 and that cycles at about 8Hz during pump operation.

The valve appears to operate correctly and smoothly.

What I'm finding puzzling is the code logs when warm or hot. The one time with me, the coolant at 75C and I had just pulled up.

Just now I'm at a loss at what direction to go with this so any input would be appreciated.
