Meant to say in my previous post that while there are Nazi supporters in Canada,they are few. Honouring the Waffen SS veteran in Canadian parliament is not a matter of supporting Nazism but rather an indication of ignorance of the facts.

Also meant to say that Canada has a large population of Ukrainian immigrants, especially on the prairies, and not only recent immigrants but also people who came generations ago. Most of them support the war and there is a lot of pressure on government to support it too.
