Just wondering what a five foot two inch female officer was supposed to do when confronted by a male, highly motivated terrorist, carrying a suicide bomb?

First, I am not a security expert, but have read bits. One identifies the security risks well before they become dangerous to the public. Elementary. It's the system, i.e. surveillance and mitigation that comes into play.
