As Wiki has it:

"..Transhumanism is a philosophical and intellectual movement that advocates the enhancement of the human condition by developing and making widely available sophisticated technologies that can greatly enhance longevity, cognition, and well-being."

This is surely not the same as "Trangender" of which the Wiki definition illustrates the patent creeping pre-enlightenment subjectivity by claiming it involves rejection of the "...sex they were assigned at birth. "And of course sex at birth is recognised by fairly obvious biological attributes: not merely "asigned"...
