Now Thorium molten salt reactors cannot be used for WMDs, further, they can actually also be fueled with nuclear waste, i.e., they actually dispose of waste from older reactors

I thought that nuclear waste can only be used by fast-breeder reactors like Russians have developed. I guess I need to read up a bit on that thorium angle. Ta.
