-On the " horses mouth" you should note he didn't mention the state. He said:"... the right response... is not to force them" : which by any reading precludes forced action by state powers...and accords with his expressed view that they "...remove themselves from society"
By no stretch of the imagination can his admitted vagueness on an accomodation be made to be the "...equivalent for calling for people to be thrown in camps. " or indeed him advocating the unvaccinated be placed "Concentration camps".
