I've been saying for decades that the Establishment will make a nominal 'Labour Party' give the final coup de grace to an NHS that a Labour Party made.

Making 'Labour' rip the NHS apart and put a capitalist scramble in its place will be the ultimate satisfaction for a Tory turd -- and something for which no other party will later be blamed.
