I've been saying for decades that the Establishment will make a nominal 'Labour Party' give the final coup de grace to an NHS that a Labour Party made.

Making 'Labour' rip the NHS apart and put a capitalist scramble in its place will be the ultimate satisfaction for a Tory turd -- and something for which no other party will later be blamed.

And today's announcements ('broken', 'changes') tell you all you need to know. Folks, the railificarion of the UK's medical care is here...
