And again at the second hurdle...you are presuming all non-votes are reasoned & deliberate "abstentions": we've been through this twice now: see above.
You could go on again for the hat-trick to repeat your claim that they did so for reasons that makes them collectively " winners"...but I'm assuming you have at least worked out the folly of falling at the third hurdle too and dropped that one.
