We instead should admire Corbyn's good and constant qualities and be a bit more forgiving of his failures, if failures they were, perhaps he was never made out to be a ruthless and unforgiving leader. Perhaps too he was subject to a good deal of very effective treachery on himself?
What I would say about the French election result, is, "what does it actually mean?" I think Jeremy is guilty of a bit of wishful thinking here as to the sturdiness of the left in France - it could all fall to pieces very quickly.
