The intolerance though is real, because there is on the right a serious rhetorical unpleasantness, to put it mildly, and it's pretty reasonable to be intolerant of that, but the liberal rhetoric needs to be seriously toned down also - you don't "joke" about shooting someone in our present climate.

OTOH, what are the "Liberals" defending, crazy gender ideology and cancel culture, a social division of worrying proportions etc etc. Things are not working and we're falling apart and retreating to our silos on both sides. .
