Seems fairly reasonable and just shows why cops shouldn't be doing mental welfare checks, but obviously having some qualified, unarmed, person do it is communism or something...
I think he's done for policing which is a positive but doubt he'll get major time; we'll see. He's exactly who shouldn't be, but usually is, a cop.
