Apparently, today, Putin made a speech saying if the long range missile attacks are to be carried out deep into Russia, this just may be considered as an act of war by either Britain or/and the US against Russia for obvious reasons (it needs US/UK technicians to synch in the satellite data). The UK, of course, being more belligerent and definitely more Russophobic thus being the prime driver. As Mercouris analysed it today this RF thinking has been most likely transmitted to UK/US embassies two odd weeks ago.

Apparently, and in accordance with Mercouris, countries in the state of war do not need to have the kinetic component. However, it just may mean that embassies properties in the respective countries may be seized, diplomats expelled and all dialogue terminated between the warring parties. Russia has been unhappy with the British Embassy occupying such prime property just opposite Kremlin since Bolshevik revolution or thereabouts : ). Let's see who blinks first.
