I can see the issues, but you know, here's all these algorithms that direct your viewing, your clicking, your ads, you forms - banks can pile on charges in all sorts of niches in your accounts, I think a lot could be done. I'm not sure that viewing pornography is a human right, so if some "legal" stuff got caught in the net, and wasn't viewable, so what?
