He wasn't averse to starting one, as his assassination of Iran's hero Soleimani made clear...and on other delusions such as being anti "the establishment" the memory hole seems to have swallowed his persecution of Assange. Likewise if anyone is under the illusion that's he's learned from last time and there's not going to be a cabinet full of Neocon shitsters, why was he surrounded all week by Pompeo...Cotton...Rubio etc?
