Like you, I consider this to be a moral issue. However, Iran has a different perspective also echoing our moral concerns imo, it needs to win, tactically as well as strategically. As I understand it from Marandi's interview 5 thread above, there is a military escalation ongoing and Iran is keeping it's powder dry and inviting Israel to make a foolish aggressive move. Perhaps Israel's current hubris will be the driver to make this mistake. The proof will be in the pudding, so let's wait and see.
