A long time ago I was in a really good bookshop in Birmingham when a bloke made a commotion at the till because a book he wanted had a map of Cyprus which included the cease-fire line of 1974. The woman on the till handled it rather well by pointing out that she wasn't the printer. He grump-ed off after a while and I bought I Clavdivs on video.
