The part about the independence and suspicion of the CIA from the president is the most relevant for me.

The US security apparatus is in charge. The president, and by extension the Prime Minister are just window dressing. Was it Pompeo that said they could not let Corbyn become prime minister.

Saw some rubbish on TV a few years ago - might have been Bourne. A rogue CIA leader was opening that we little people don't know the facts, don't understand how much we owe them and in order to protect us any actions including torture and murder are justified.

I expect that's another line fed by some agency which believes the same. Softening us up, making us think it's a rational position.

Necrophiles are in charge. Not enough love.
