Can't vouch for all of this but he seems to have done a good job and it illustrates exactly the route he took to and from the shooting and shows the pertinent videos from surveillance/doorbell cams, etc. He doesn't seem to be advancing any theory just showing the locations that the narrative and footage suggests he went through.
