Can't vouch for all of this but he seems to have done a good job and it illustrates exactly the route he took to and from the shooting and shows the pertinent videos from surveillance/doorbell cams, etc. He doesn't seem to be advancing any theory just showing the locations that the narrative and footage suggests he went through.

By far the best break down of the shooter's odyssey I've seen.
That part where he runs across that grassy knoll after jumping down from the roof keeps making me think of bigfoot videos.

"I won't dignify the attacker's words by repeating them, they are horrific and vile."
