I'm not supporting Picasso btw. In my view Picasso was a vain egoist trying to fulfill the required western demand for a "universal" modern artist. He cribbed ceaselessly from his contemporaries producing in the main shallow pastiches of their work and his really good pieces are few and far between.
-What's unforgivable to me though is his complete inability to understand colour.
