They almost certainly are engaged in that kind of manipulation but this still seems like spin. If they release the documents and they show what they claim then maybe it has more meat on the bone.

which is where the original image snip came from. The link provided in one of the posts seems to time out for me (supposedly an Iranian MP "mentioning" the documents and saying he will publish them). There's no link to the documents that I can see so far.

Incidentally, social media is full of "Iranian rulers are transferring lots of money to Dubai, indicating they are on their way out" but this feels like a psyop by the septics to make the government look like it's collapsing.
