They almost certainly are engaged in that kind of manipulation but this still seems like spin. If they release the documents and they show what they claim then maybe it has more meat on the bone.

Incidentally, social media is full of "Iranian rulers are transferring lots of money to Dubai, indicating they are on their way out" but this feels like a psyop by the septics to make the government look like it's collapsing.The corporate media are complicit in the Gaza genocide.
