Apparently, this Hatzola hasbara outfit also operates in Manchester, Gateshead, Canvey Island in Essex, and Hertfordshire...imagine it was a Muslim organisation with its own ambulances etc...can already hear the complaints of "why have they got their own ambulances" and "it'll be full on Sharia Law, next!"
