Reform UK has reportedly dropped Chris Parry as its Hampshire mayoral candidate after his comments describing a volunteer group providing security to the Jewish community as “cosplayers”.

A Reform UK spokesperson told the Hampshire Chronicle: “He has been suspended pending an investigation and is no longer our mayoral candidate.”
