Big points out that the Iranian deterrent failed and that they don't have a direct means of taking the war to the Septics, that the Seppoes can lob explosives and besiege Iran indefinitely. Perhaps the Iranians can man it out or perhaps not, it isn't an Iranian victory looked at strategically, merely the first stage.
