Have heard the lawyers were proscribed from using certain phrases in their summing up by a judicial order which can't be revealed until after the trial. I imagined 'genocide which is the basis for the defence and explains the purpose of the 'offences' is banned. Nothing for the lawyers to say so engineered solution is for the defendants to sum up.
