I reckon the real reason for this though is that the missiles effective at that distance and against Israeli defences are pretty expensive and available in very limited quantities. The strategy to hit the Yanqui gulf bases much harder & more effectively was probably equally determined by this criterion as it was by strategic choice: the shorter range missiles and drones being much cheaper and more freely available to hit these closer targets.
The missiles and munitions they have dropped though, have likely had a massively adverse effect on the Israeli economy which you can see in the death of Israeli tourism and the double passport brigade fleeing the country.
The idea that theres an Iran-Israel Real Estate scam going on...would seem profoundly shallow.
