I get it very big on Friday after holding it in Sun to Thurs nights; then often drink so much I don't see Saturday till the evening. And come down on Sunday 'fresh for a new week'.
This Sunday, ie now, reading about cortisol the stress hormone and how to really bring it down; booze of course just annoys it.
